ARMY– AR 623-3, Evaluation Reports, is the Army Regulation that deals specifically with both Officer and Enlisted evaluations. When you receive adverse information or a referred report, you have the right to challenge at both the local and HRC level.

AIR FORCE– The Air Force instruction that controls Enlisted and Officer Evaluations is afi36-2406. The instruction specifically lays out the guideline requirements for both the writing of the Evaluation and for the Appealing of the Referred EPR or OPR.
